These Terms of Service govern the use of Hermes, a digital assistant operated by The BIMPulse.
Hermes is intended to support authorized productivity, document, communication, and coordination workflows.
Hermes may only be used by authorized users or administrators for lawful and legitimate business or professional purposes.
Hermes may connect to third-party services, including Google services, only where access has been properly authorized.
Users remain responsible for reviewing critical outputs, approvals, business decisions, contractual communications, and any sensitive professional deliverables before final use.
Hermes may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time for maintenance, improvement, security, or operational reasons.
Hermes must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, or unauthorized access to data or services.
While reasonable efforts may be made to provide useful outputs, Hermes is provided on an as-available basis and outputs may require human review and validation.
Use of Hermes is also subject to the Privacy Policy available at /privacy.html.
